Kwankwaso Regrets deceit-- NNPP 

There are clear indications at the moment that senator KWANKWASO is regretting his inability to take a wrong decision than taking non in a matter of urgent importance.

At the time of this avoidable misunderstanding in nnpp started, he was determined to resolve the matter amicably with the founder of the new Nigeria people's party Dr aniebonam.

Unfortunately the pressure were so much on him not to do so due to percunary interest of the unemployed characters around him.

Buba Galadima, Dipo Olayoku, Prince Onu nweze, Barr Hon Robert and Barr Ladipo Johnson etc were allegedly threatening that if he does they will leave the party.

These unemployed characters were able to intimidate Kwankwaso but the governor of kano state insisted and encouraged him to go to lagos and apologise to the founder of nnpp.

The Gov Abba who is a very good and God fearing Muslim was totally against the betrayal of the founder of the party, a nice man who helped them at no cost to use the nnpp platform at a most crucial time when all hopes were lost during 2023 general election.

Kwankwaso who is naturally arrogant, pompus and tradership in politics was covered by the forces of evil and determined to hijack the party with the belief that Igbos are low in the politics of Nigeria.

Maybe he has realised that Igbos are not in the lower level of politics in Nigeria if he accepts Peter Obi as his principal in the forthcoming general election 2027.

He has the strong belief that the founder do not have the capacity to put up resistance and more so that he is not a professional politician to do the intrigues.

Under the principles of self defence and protection, the Gov of kano state have to decamp to Apc noting the escalating court cases and it's inherent consequences on his person and kano state indegenes who voted him into power 

At the moment and with the outcome of the judicial review, the federal capital territory high court abuja had directed INEC to within 72hrs update it's records to reflect Dr aniebonam leadership of the party and revert to the original logo other than kwankwasiya insignia 

The most funny thing is that Kwankwaso never realised that these unemployed characters are very angry with him because he never allowed Gov Abba Yusuf KABIR of kano to help them

Aside from the lapses on the part of kwankwaso to understand their antics , he was not alerted and responsive to it's environment . He believes whatever they tell him and by the time he realised what was happening it's two late for recovery 

In two occasion of litigations, Justice Dimgba and Justice Nwite respectively ruled that the leadership crisis in nnpp were internal matters of the party. 

These unemployed characters told Kwankwaso that they won the cases and Kwankwaso was jubliating whereas they are liars.

We disagreed with the judgement of the courts because we do not have leadership crisis in our party but rather the expiration of Memorandum of Understanding between NNPP and kwankwasiya movement which has expired. We have no intention to renew it because they can not be trusted under Kwankwaso leadership.

On this note we approached Abia State High Court under Justice okorafor to declare our memo of understanding invalid and expired. They were properly served through a member of their national executive council  in Abia state and records duly entered in court file.

Justice okorafor based on facts delivered Judgement and handed over the ownership and administration of the party to the original nnpp members of the board led by Dr aniebonam.

Accordingly a national convention were instituted thereafter  local , zonal and state Congresses have been concluded. And by the time Kwankwaso realised what was happening, they quickly ran back to Abia State High Court with all sorts of lies and blackmail of the Judge and demanded that the judgement  be set aside through an application.

While doing this they instituted another case before Justice Hassan of the federal capital territory high court abuja demanding that our convention should not be allowed to hold.

At Abia State High Court they succeeded with the help of Kwankwaso's friend in the government of Abia and Justice okorafor ended up setting aside his earlier judgement and asked both parties to come back without minding that he was functus officio

At abuja federal capital territory high court, Justice Hassan dismissed their case,  strengthened and reinforced Abia State High Court judgement. The ruling of Justice okorafor setting aside his judgement is subject of appeal at Owerri Appeal Court awaiting judgment 

As Kwankwaso and his unemployed characters continue to run up and down and using all their contacts in the public and government including INEC to stop the original nnpp, the inherent abuse of court processes became alarming 

In kano state high court they took out an action and served us with fake contempt proceedings without the Judge knowing. They quickly withdrew the case noting that the presiding Judge was very angry with the registra . 

At INEC hqrs and together with the former INEC chairman, they stalled the implementation of the two valid judgements of Abia, and abuja federal capital territory high court 

In all these we wrote several letters to the former INEC chairman, his hands were tied with the asking of Abba Yusuf and Kwankwaso. Gov ABBA KABIR YUSUF was merely trying to see how he can help his godfather reluctantly 

At this point we had no alternative than to approach the Abuja High Court for a judicial review. This simply meant that we went back to the court to invite inec to explain why court judgements should not be obeyed 

Here again Kwankwaso and his unemployed characters applied to the court to be joined as an interested party which the judge agreed 

While this judicial review were ongoing, kwankwaso and his unemployed characters continue with their impunity to undermine judiciary processes, they called for congresses and Convention and invited inec 

This unruly behaviour triggered us to report to the court again. The court under justice Bello kawu got angry and restrained INEC from dealing or transacting any business with senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO group pending the determination of the judicial review 

It is trite to note that courts are bound to protect and guide its jurisdiction jealously 

Sensing the impending danger of the inec officials who attended their illegal convention despite the order of the court, kwankwaso and his unemployed characters ran to kano state high court again to obtain an exparte order to protect them . 

Till today we have not been served with such orders including motion on notice which has expired 

Where we are now is the direct and specific order of the Justice Bello kawu of the federal capital territory high court compelling Inec to within 72 hrs update it's records to reflect the original logo of nnpp and upload Dr Agbo Major Gilbert led national working committee forthwith and file affidavit of compliance 

Whereas one of the unemployed characters of senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO is already boasting that they will reactivate Abia State High Court model to set aside the compelling order through a stay of execution they never realised that cases may be similar but not the same 

What is certain is that we have the capacity to pay our lawyers up to supreme court of Nigeria for the final verdict and by that time Kwankwaso shall be out of time to be relevant 2027

He has been expelled, and the lowest person in nnpp does not want to have anything  with Kwankwaso again 

We wish him and Buba Galadima all the best wherever they may decide to go . Apc or ....
