SENATOR RABIU MUSA KWANKWASO'S PROPAGANDA IS LAUGHABLE - Alhaji Sani Danmasani.
Let our sister political parties make no mistakes to understand that Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO is in a hurry to leave NNPP (even though already expelled) before the final outcome of the ongoing judicial review at the Federal Capital Territory High Court Abuja.
It should be noted that the FCT High Court had issued an enrolment order restraining INEC from dealing and transacting any business with Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso's faction of the New Nigeria People's Party pending the outcome of the judicial review.
Recall also that Abia State High Court had already delivered a judgement in favour of the Founder and Chairman Board of Trustees of the new NNPP to take responsibility of conducting congresses and Convention of the party which was actualised and submitted to INEC to update it's records.
This decision startled Senator Kwankwaso and his group and they approached the FCT High Court in defence for protection. Again the demand and assertion of Kwankwaso before the court were dismissed and thrown out.
This development made Senator Kwankwaso and his group a judgement debtor and Dr Aniebonam's group a judgement Creditor
As Senator Kwankwaso continue to loose grounds, and for whatever reason, they went back to Abia State High with concocted lies and coerced the judge to seat on it's judgement which is now a subject of appeal at Owerri Appeal Court.
Our application for stay of proceedings before the Abia State high court and the ongoing appeal kept our favoured judgement alive to enable INEC update it's records in accordance with the outcome of our convention electing Dr Gilbert Agbo Major and Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday as the National Chairman and Secretary General respectively.
Again Senator Kwankwaso and his group in their usual manner stampeded INEC to delay the update of it's records, and behold INEC kept with the excuses of undergoing processes and procedures to obey court judgements.
Under the circumstances of a seeming compromise, we went back to the FCT High Court to complain, and filed application for a judicial review to compel INEC to update it's records.
Again, the same Senator Kwankwaso and his group came around and requested to be joined in the process of judicial review as an interested party and the court obliged them for fair hearing.
Whereas this matter is ongoing in court, thesame Senator Kwankwaso and his group wrote to INEC to notify the commission on their intention to conduct congresses and Convention in 2025.
Again, we went back to the FCT High Court to complain over the impunity of Senator Kwankwaso and his group to undermine the effort of the court with associated abuse of court processes.
At this point the court had to protect and guide its jurisdiction jealously and slammed an enrolment order restraining INEC from dealing and transacting any business with Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso's faction forthwith pending the determination of the judicial review.
It was at this point again that Senator Kwankwaso and his group ran to Kano State High court to obtain an interim order to protect INEC officials who attended their illegal convention. As we speak they are yet to serve NNPP with the restraining order they obtained since 15th of December 2025. Indeed they know the consequences of such abuse and affront to the court.
This serial development against Senator Kwankwaso and his group have thrown them into confusion and panic of loosing relevance ahead of 2027 general election.
It's at this point that Governor Abba KABIR YUSUF who have been very disturbed is alleged to have approached Senator Kwankwaso to go to Lagos and apologise to the Founder of NNPP who was gracious to allow them to use NNPP to contest election 2023 at no cost.
Governor Abba KABIR YUSUF wss said not to be happy with the level of betrayal of trust especially the changing of the logo of the party without the consent of the Founder.
Aside all other things, he may not be happy with, he decided to protect himself against 2027 election by opening up negotiations with APC. It is also alleged that Senator Kwankwaso may not allow him second term opportunity to contest.
It's not a news that he may not be giving a second chance really if Senator Kwankwaso decides because every form sold by NNPP in Kano state election in 2023 were done by Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO personally.
On the part of Senator Kwankwaso, the platform of NNPP is the only thing left for him to be relevant in 2027 general election because at the moment he is like a garrison commander without troops..
It is already in the public that the majority of key caucus members of the kwankwasiya movement holding their various Emirates had decamped to the ruling party in Kano state - APC.
The alleged asking of Senator Kwankwaso for the position of President or vice president before he can decamp to any other party is funny and laughable. It is therefore an advise to our sister political parties that everyone should wait for the outcome of our judicial review at the FCT High Court Abuja.
Whatever happens, we the original NNPP is prepared to take on Senator Kwankwaso and his group up to Supreme Court. At the moment, non of our sister political parties should take Kwankwaso and his group serious, we are ready to call off his arrogance, impunity and disrespect for others.
It's alleged that his stock in trade is double dealing and tradership with political parties.
Meanwhile Gov Abba KABIR YUSUF should understand that once a Governor is always a Governor, whether it is one term or two terms. As a matter of fact the Nigeria constitution does not prescribe two terms even though it is allowed.
There's nothing to panic about because we are with you and Kano indigenes love you so much, it is not about Kwankwaso and his kwankwasiya movement which does not constitute 15% of the total population of Kano State . Stay where you are because your luck is in New Nigeria People's Party. New Nigeria People's Party which belongs to God and he or she with God is with all.
