*Ngwa Day 2025: Bishop Nwankpa Pledges Support, Hails Spirit of Unity Among Ngwa People* 

Bishop Prof Emeka Nwankpa, General Overseer of Chapel of Faith Bible Assembly International and Convener of the South East Mandate for Good Governance, has expressed his full support for the forthcoming Ngwa Day 2025 celebration.

In a statement, Bishop Nwankpa commended the organisers for sustaining the cultural heritage and fostering unity among the Ngwa people. He described the annual celebration as a powerful symbol of peace, brotherhood, and collective identity among the sons and daughters of Ngwa land.


According to him, cultural events like Ngwa Day play a vital role in promoting social cohesion, moral values, and community development which are the ideals that resonate deeply with his lifelong advocacy for good governance and peaceful coexistence.

The revered cleric further urged all Ngwa indigenes at home and abroad to participate actively in the 2025 celebration, which is slated for December 28, 2025, noting that such gatherings strengthens the bond of unity and provides a platform for reflection on progress and shared aspirations.

He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that promote cultural pride, peace, and inclusive development across Abia State and beyond.

Ngwa land extends invitation to all its sons and daughters to honor and celebrate their heritage on December 28th, 2024.   Great People note that the Ngwas respect their elders, receive their visitors as themselves, and extend a warm welcome. They are kindhearted and peaceful people. Many people remain unaware of this aspect of Ngwa culture.
