NORTHERN GOVERNORS MEETING IN KADUNA, NOT IN OUR INTEREST: UMBIPC


Northern Governors Meeting at Kaduna irrelevant says UNITED MIDDLE BELT INDIGENOUS PEOPLES CONGRESS

Middle Belt Peoples Congress call Northern Governors meeting a bluff our leaders attending such meetings are not speaking for the middle Belt people the only use us to solve issues after that Middle Belt people are not relevant in Northern Nigeria. They are not able to put to an end the killings ongoing in the middle Belt like plateau, Benue, Southern Kaduna,  Taraba, Kogi, Nasarawa to mention but a few. Nobody can fool us again we are not loved they only pretend that we are one when they want to use us to settle issues and thereafter abandon us.

The killings of our innocent farmers will not stop and the UMBIPC is an Umbrella body to resist the killings of our people. The Northern Governors forum have not imparted positively on the lives of the middle Belt people we cannot rely on them for the protection of our lives and properties and go to sleep. The middle Belt people are peaceful and accommodating people we are not the sacrificial lamb of Nigeria. We shall key unto the advice of TY DANJUMA that we should not go to bed and sleep with our two eyes closed any more. We have no arms to defend ourselves but in Good we trust that the war against the middle Belt people will fail-

Power  must shift to the middle Belt after Tinubu administration- UMBIPC insist time is middle Belt peoples turn.

We want Middle Belt Governors Forum to be established soonest- UMBIPC It will give us our sense of our identity.

We have been calling for Middle Belt Governors Forum ever since it is what we want and don't forget that anytime power shift to the North Middle Belt is not good or considered it must be the far North that is qualify for Aso Rock job the middle Belt does not represent the interest of the North and we are multi- religious people we have Muslims and Christian's in almost all families in the middle Belt and we co- exist peacefully together without any problem.
