SENATOR RABIU MUSA KWANKWASO THROWS IN TOWEL AND ACCEPTS HIS EXPULSION FROM NEW NIGERIA PEOPLE'S PARTY THUS WITHDRAWING THE SUIT CHALLENGING HIS EXPULSION FROM NNPP AT KANO STATE HIGH COURT

The suit K/175/2023 filed before Kano State High by the unemployed characters of SENATOR RABIU MUSA KWANKWASO met with another blow and pronounce the victory of the FOUNDER of NNPP Dr Boniface Aniebonam.
The case which was the last hope and the major lifeline that Kwankwaso had in avoiding his expulsion from NNPP came to an abrupt end when he saw clear defeat after over a year legal battle .
On the 30th of October, 2024 when the case slated for mention challenging the jurisdiction of Kano High Court to entertain the originating sermons the counsel to SENATOR Rabiu musa KWANKWASO applied to withdraw the suit.
The counsel representing the founder and the genuine chieftains of NNPP did not object to the request of withdrawal and with this development, it's is now certain that the expulsion of Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso from NNPP is sustained.
It is on record that it is only the suit that Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO is using to challenge his EXPULSION from NNPP which has come to an end abruptly.
We have said severally that Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO is avoidably surrounded by unemployed characters and so look at it at the moment how the mighty has fallen.
Honestly Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO disappointed all of us in this avoidable circumstances.
One is therefore constrained to ask why Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO did not realise early that Barr Ladipo Johnson, Barr Robert Hon , Elder Buba Galadima , Prince Onu nweze , Mr Dipo olayoku and Dr Ahmed Ajuji are not happy with him and yet these unemployed characters are his key men at the front line
And for the avoidance of doubts and aside from the fact that every one of them are complaining that Governor Abba KABIR YUSUF of kano is not helping them , Senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO is not liberal like the founder of nnpp.
Whereas Buba Galadima regrets working with senator KWANKWASO, Barr ladipo Johnson is complaining using his personal money often time. As a matter of fact JOHNSON LADIPO never supported any proposal to meet with the founder to make peace despite his residency in Lagos for obvious reasons.
This simply indicate that he does not want senator KWANKWASO to continue as the leader of new Nigeria people's party.
Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO is not really mindful of people around him noting that Barr ladipo Johnson, Dipo olayoku, Prince Ademola, Tunde Oke and Tosin Odeyemi are from the southWest of Nigeria and yet he is interested on becoming the president of Nigeria .
An intelligent politician can not position these group of persons on his front line noting that element of betrayal of trust shall become a norm
Make no mistakes to understand that Dipo olayoku may be in close contact with the founder of nnpp equally and your guess should be as good as mine being an intelligent person in espionage act.
Dr Ahmed Ajuji day one has no interest in holding such responsibility on health grounds and yet he is being forced to hold on a while to enable replacement noting the frequent changing of national chairman has become embarrassing in nnpp administration
Barr Robert Hon was introduced to the party by Prof Angwe Samuel from Benue state who left the party together with senator Suleiman Hunkuyi out of Frustration to join Apc.
The most embarrassing situation to senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO was the day Avm Ihemeje and Col Jeff ONYEJEKWE rtd were engaged in physical combat .
Does it need a soothsayer to tell senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO to realise that Avm Ihemeje have been very angry with him the way and manner he was denied the position of national chairman of nnpp thereafter Professor Alikali Ahmed resigned his position and joined Apc.
It is possible that senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO needed rest at the moment noting that stress and depression at 68yrs may be dangerous. Elder Buba Galadima regrets being at cross road due to his age at the moment
Whatever the fact remains that Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso have voluntarily accepted the expulsion to have withdrawn the suit he used to challenge his EXPULSION.
This is also signs that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso may not seek leave of the court to appeal against the compelling judgment of ABIA STATE HIGH COURT directing INEC to hand over the party administration to the board of trustees under the founder and chairman board of trustees of nnpp Dr Aniebonam Boniface okechukwu from Anambra state Nigeria.
The gale of exit of strategic members of kwankwasiya movement in kano is disheartening. To loose Hon Kabiru, Madaki, Rurum , Baffa Bichi and so on is worrisome and embarrassing
