ADHERE TO COURT ORDERS: NNPP ADVISES GOV. ABBA YUSUF OF KANO STATE

THE RANTINGS OF ELDER BUBA  GALADIMA OVER  COURT  ORDERS - NNPP ADVISES  KANO GOVERNOR TO OBEY AND APPROACH APPELLATE COURT TO ARREST HIS ALLEGED GRIEVANCES 

              His Excellency, ABBA KABIR YUSUF.                             Kano State Governor 

The National Headquarters of NEW NIGERIA PEOPLE'S PARTY (NNPP) after an emergency NWC Meeting at Abuja today Thursday 24th of October, 2024 called on Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State to obey the judgement of The Federal High Court, Kano Judicial Division.

The dissolution  of The Kano State Independent Electoral Commission (KANSIEC) and eventual stoppage of the Saturday the 26th of October Local Government Election in Kano State is an extant order of the federal high cour

t that must be obeyed. 

We have severally advised Elder Buba Galadima and Senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO  to understand that Nigeria is a constitutional country where rule of law prevails.

Whereas it is on record that Elder Buba Galadima and Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO have been expelled from our great party and Gov ABBA KABIR YUSUF suspension order  running upto December 31st 2024, 

 As a party, we still take the responsibility to advise  Gov ABBA KABIR YUSUF to be law abiding and  disregard Buba Galadima and his unemployed character's unfounded allegations against the Judiciary and the Federal Government of Nigeria. 

Noting that old age may be playing avoidable role in his life at the moment.  The prefix elder Buba Galadima speaks volume and we believe that security agencies may have taken notice to be observing his rantings.


We therefore encourage Gov ABBA KABIR YUSUF to go ahead to set up a new Electoral Commission Panel who are neutral and non- Partisan in accordance with the law.

New Nigeria People's Party NNPP and it's members are law abiding citizens of Nigeria  who believe in rule of law and order of the society.

It is most unfortunate that Gov.Abba Yusuf of Kano State who  is a Product of a diligent Judicial Processes fell into the bracket and hands of Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO and Elder Buba Galadima politically . It is our belief that God shall see him through from the bondage to serve Kano citizens.

We the members of the New Nigeria People's Party and Gov ABBA KABIR YUSUF are morally and constitutionally bound to obey Court Orders and uphold the sanctity of  Rule of Law in Nigeria.

It is our hope and belief that indue time justice shall prevail in favour of children of God noting that the actions and inactions of senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO and Elder Buba Galadima against new Nigeria people's party shall be overcome through Judicial Process.
