WAEC disclaims alleged revising of the 2026 subject combinations: Economics restricted fit science and arts students 


Our attention has been drawn to misleading reports claiming the Council has imposed subject restrictions on certain students or altered the national curriculum. This is FALSE.

The Council does not alter or restrict the national curriculum. Curriculum design is the sole responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Education, and we strictly adhere to all approved national standards.


We urge all stakeholders and the general public to disregard these false claims. Official and verified updates are exclusively published via our website and official media handles.

Pdp inaugural Southwest Executive meeting for Repositioning, Strengthening Collaboration, Consolidating gains and Re building Structures  In Lagos, Nigeria during the week, the Pdp Southwest zone held its inaugural Southwest Executive meeting just after it's National convention that cushioned in the leadership of Abdulraman Mohammed as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party.
