REPOSITIONING NNPP FOR A NEW NIGERIA.

Gentlemen of the Press.

I welcome you all to this important World Press Conference and sincerely appreciate the Nigerian media for your steadfast role in sustaining democracy, promoting accountability and keeping the citizens informed. 

You recall that the present leadership of our party under our great Founder, Dr Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam did pledge periodic briefings aimed at keeping Nigerians up to speed with developments within it as we head to the 2027 general elections.

Today marks another significant milestone in the journey of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) as we continue to reposition our great party to effectively provide credible and alternative leadership and hope for millions of Nigerians.

We are pleased to formally announce that the logo and identity of our party have been fully restored by INEC. 

Our dear and very cherished BASKET OF FRUITS ON THE NIGERIAN MAP is back on the INEC portal. This development reaffirms the legal and institutional integrity of the NNPP and further strengthens our determination to continue building a formidable political platform for national renewal. 

Let me at this point invite the media including but not limited to ARISE TELEVISION, CHANNELS TV, SILVER BIRD TV, NEWS CENTRAL TV , AIT, NTA NETWORK TV , SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATORS etc to visit INEC portal and see that the fake logo of Kwankwaso and Buba Galadima have been pulled down and replaced with the original logo of our great party.

Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Elder Buba Galadima, Bar Ladipo Johnson, Dr Ahmed Ajuji, Mr Dipo Olayoku, Prince Onu Nweze and all others who planned to hijack NNPP to please visit the INEC portal to confirm their defeat based on court order and will of God. 

It is our hope and belief that next time none of these hijackers who were led by Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and Buba Galadima will not be in any national television to ask the moderators to visit INEC portal and know who is incharge of the New Nigeria People's Party. 

It therefore stand to reason that all of them, the failed hijackers have been defeated totally to serve as warning to shameless politicians who are in the habit of reaping where they did not sow. 

In addition, our party has successfully completed the upload of its National Assembly members across the thirty-six states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Despite the time constraints due to the late recognition of the legitimate National Working Committee (NWC) under my leadership, our Situation Room was able to upload a total of three hundred and fifty five (355) National Assembly candidates including place holders. 

We have equally completed the upload of our Presidential Flag Bearer, also a place holder in accordance with the provisions guiding the operations of political parties in Nigeria. This is not only commendable but historic.

Furthermore, we wish to announce that the process of uploading our governorship and State House of Assembly candidates has commenced and it is progressing smoothly. 

We shall invite you back here for details at the end of the exercise by 8th of August 2026 when the exercise is expected to end and give way for substitution and replacements.

These achievements are not merely administrative exercises. They represent the strengthening of our structures and scope, the consolidation of our membership base and our readiness to provide purposeful leadership for Nigeria.

The most unfortunate thing is that these hijackers have cause a serious economic damage to INEC for late compliance to legitimate court orders.

Our lawyers have our instructions to approach the Federal High Court to press for ten billion (N10,000.000.000) naira damage for non compliance to court orders on time. 

This is because the Federal Capital Territory High Court judge gave INEC 72hrs to upload our NWC and fourteen days to file affidavit of compliance. They did not do that and also did not appeal against the compelling order or file stay of execution. 

INEC have caused us a severe damage ahead of 2027 general election time table, it's constitutional that any breach and disobedience to court orders has consequences. We shall claim a damage of 10b Naira from INEC which is certain with material evidence. 

Distinguished Nigerians, our nation is passing through difficult times. Millions of citizens are battling economic hardship, unemployment, insecurity and declining living conditions. 

Many Nigerians are worried and are searching for a credible alternative capable of restoring hope and confidence. We urge all of us to join forces with NNPP in our desire to enthrone a New Nigeria that works for all.

The New Nigeria People's Party believes that Nigeria shall rise again. We believe that our nation possess abundant human and natural resources to become one of the world's leading economies if guided by visionary, honest and people-oriented leadership.

"Please join us in the struggle to actualize this dream".

The NNPP stands for justice, equity, inclusiveness, accountability and good governance. We remain committed to policies that will improve the welfare of the people, create jobs for our youths, empower women, promote national unity and ensure sustainable economic growth.

All these are the cardinal targets contained in our policy documents and manifesto. Our administration will pursue this with strength, commitment, determination and vigour.

As preparations heightens towards the 2027 general elections, we call on all patriotic Nigerians, particularly our youths, women, professionals, workers and those in diaspora, to join the NNPP in the collective mission of building a new Nigeria.

Our portal is still wide open for membership registration and we encourage all Nigerians to please take advantage of it.

This is not the time for division or despair. It is a time for unity of purpose and national rebirth. The future of our country cannot be left in the hands of a few. 

Every Nigerian has a role to play in rescuing our nation and restoring its lost glory.

We therefore urge all citizens who believe in a new Nigeria to register with the NNPP, participate actively in the democratic process and support our vision of a peaceful, prosperous and stable nation.

To our members and supporters across the federation and in diaspora, we urge you to remain steadfast, peaceful and committed to the ideals and objectives of our great party.

Let us continue to mobilise and expand our structures in every ward, local government and state of the federation.

The New Nigeria People's Party remains open to collaborations and partnerships with all well-meaning Nigerians and democratic forces committed to national development and the advancement of the common good.

Together, we shall build a nation where justice prevails, where opportunities abound and where every citizen can aspire and achieve their dreams.

A New Nigeria is possible, and the NNPP is prepared to lead the process of national transformation.
