NNPP: ABIA STATE HIGH COURT ORDERS CONTROL OF PARTY ADMINISTRATOR TO THE BOT UNDER THE FOUNDER

This statement was echoed by the Founder and Life member, Board of Trustees of the New Nigeria People's Party, NNPP, Dr Boniface Okechukwu Aniebolam this week at a World Press briefing at NAGAFF Headquarters/NNPP Annex Office, Apapa, Lagos.

Aim of the conference been to make public the recent ruling of the ABIA State High Court mandating the return of the party administrative control to the Board of Trustees under the leadership of the Founder, Dr Aniebonam.


The event witnessed large turn out of several media organizations, Party Chieftains, Board members, Honourable members from other states in Nigeria, FCT inclusive.

In his speech, the Founder reiterated on several legal litigations in respect to the party internal crisis. Emphasizing that NNPP is God's own party, foundered by him and no other person will hajack it for his or their selfish interests.

He noted that the party's expulsion of the 2023 presidential candidate Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso due to anti party activities has long been effected and the termination of the MOU between Kwankwasia movement, TIN, NAGAFF and other afflictions has long been effected after the loss of the Presidential Party flag bearer Sen. Musa Kwankwaso.

Aniebolam affirmed that the recent ruling was a ground breaking judgement calling on the aggrieved party to take into cognizance the inherent powers of a Federal High Court and a State High Court both he noted, been courts of co ordinate Jurisdiction, impling further that except the compelling order is vacated in an Appeal or Supreme Court, the sty of execution order cannot be applied on a declaratory judgement of a High Court.

The founder called on the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC who were ably represented in the court ruling to obey the court ruling and contact to legal board of NNPP to effect/amend their records in accordance with the court orders.


Everyone present including the Board members thanked the founder for the merited legal victory of saving the Party from the likes of Sen. Kwankwaso, Buba Galadima, Barr Ladipo Johnson and others.

The Founder, exhibiting his usual fatherly role mentioned that amidst all the crisis, his heart of gold believes that " No body lost and Nobody won, let us come together and be one family"


Mr Chidiebere one of the board members, took the vote of thanks while liking the Founder to the like of Nostradamus of our time, highlighting the positive impact of the victory as its a better future ahead in NNPP under the current leadership of Dr Boniface Okechukwu Aniebolam.

The event came to an end with profound  celebrations for the merited victory.
