 INEC  and Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO a case of conspiracy theory against new Nigeria people's party NNPP  The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has decried the delay by INEC in uploading the list of its new leadership on the commission's website, accusing the electoral body of conspiring with Sen. As part of our efforts to curb examination malpractice, the Council embarked on an innovation (paper serialization) already deployed by a national examination body. It is also worth noting that this is in line with best practices in assessment. The paper serialization was carried out in Mathematics, English Language, Biology and Economics.
