STOP ELECTIONS NOW OR FACE LEGAL ACTIONS: NNPP TELLS INEC

  NNPP writes INEC, demands stoppage of elections Mr Ndubuisi Ukpai esq, counsel for the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has written to INEC, demanding that the commission must stop all elections until its authentic logo is included  in ballot boxes for future elections.  This is contained in the letter made available to the media by the party on Wednesday in Lagos.  The letter,  dated Aug. 25 and addressed to the INEC Chairman,  was titled;: "RE: SUIT NO.: CV/3210/2025; New Nigeria  Peoples Party  VS Independent National Electoral Commission: Continued Representation of the Authentic Leadership of the NNPP  and the Need  To Maintain Status Quo Pending Determination of the Suit for Judicial Review".  "INEC should refrain from all activities  nationwide,  including stopping of all elections  until it  reflects the true and correct logo of the NINPP and   participation of the party under the leadership...

Kano State Government has expressed its desire to partner with the Lagos State Government to explore opportunities in the sports sector. ‎Making the disclosure in Lagos on Sunday was the Special Adviser to Kano State governor on Media, Mallam Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa after the maiden Bamofin Ladipo Johnson Under-16 football tournament. NNPP DECRIES CONSPIRACY BETWEEN INEC AND SEN. MUSA KWANKWASO

 INEC  and Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO a case of conspiracy theory against new Nigeria people's party NNPP  The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has decried the delay by INEC in uploading the list of its new leadership on the commission's website, accusing the electoral body of conspiring with Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso to frustrate the party.  This is contained in a statement by NNPP's National Secretary, Comrade Ogini Olaposi Sunday on Thursday.   REVIEW OF RESULTS OF THE WASSCE FOR SCHOOL CANDIDATES, 2025 The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) sincerely regrets to inform the general public of technical issues discovered during the internal review of the recently released results of the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for School Candidates, (SC) 2025. As part of our efforts to curb examination malpractice, the Council embarked on an innovation (paper serialization) already deployed by a national examination body. It is also worth noting that this is in line with best practices in assessment. The paper serialization was carried out in Mathematics, English Language, Biology and Economics.
